This notice covers visitors to zlifelongevity.com and people who write to us through it. It does not cover health information processed during a programme. That is governed by the Client Agreement and the Client Consent and Data Authorisation Form, which you receive and sign before any programme begins.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Our hosting provider records technical information about each request, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested, to keep the site secure and working. We do not use these records to identify you.

We receive what you enter in the enquiry form. That is your name, on whose behalf you write, and your organisation or role if you act for someone. It includes how we should reply, your email address or telephone number, and your country of residence. It may also include the programme you are interested in, who introduced you and your message.

Please do not send medical information through the form. The form is not designed for it.

We use these details only to reply to you, to send you a non-disclosure agreement and to arrange a first meeting. We do not use them for marketing and we do not send newsletters.

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, we rely on your consent, given on the form, and on processing at your request before a contract may be agreed.

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, we rely on two bases: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), and your consent (Article 6(1)(a)).

The form sends your enquiry by email to the office. It is not stored in a database on the site.

Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes the enquiry on its servers in Frankfurt, Germany. Our email provider then delivers it to the office mailbox. Both act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

Your enquiry passes through servers outside the UAE before it reaches our mailbox. We make these transfers to reply to the request you have made of us, and under contracts with the providers concerned.

We keep enquiry emails for twelve months after our last exchange and then delete them, unless you become a client, in which case the Client Agreement applies.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict it, or stop using it. You may withdraw your consent at any time. Write to office@zlifelongevity.com. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

We will post any change to this notice on this page, with the date of the review.
