Terms of use.

These terms govern the use of zlifelongevity.com. The site is operated by Zen Vitality Partners FZ-LLC, trading as ZLIFE, licence 45032031, registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates, with its office in Dubai. By using the site you accept them.

The site describes our programmes in general terms. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a licensed clinician.

ZLIFE is not a medical facility. Clinical services in a ZLIFE programme are provided by licensed clinicians and laboratories, under their own licences.

Descriptions and fees on the site are not an offer. A programme begins only under a Client Agreement signed by you and by us. We may decline any enquiry.

Fees on the site are in UAE dirhams and include VAT. The fee that applies to you is the one in your signed Client Agreement.

The site and its content, including the ZLIFE name, wordmark, text, photographs and design, belong to us or are licensed to us. You may view and print pages for your own reference. Any other use needs our written consent.

You agree not to use the site unlawfully or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. You agree not to introduce harmful code, not to collect its content by automated means, and not to misrepresent who you are when you write to us.

Our privacy notice explains how we handle the information you share with us through the site.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms. The version on the site when you visit applies to that visit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration under the DIAC Arbitration Rules, seated in the Dubai International Financial Centre, in English.
